Functional Personal training Studio one of its kind is our USP. In personal training, our team not only helps members look great and feel fit and healthy, but we prepare them to safely overcome the rigors of an active lifestyle. We only have 1:1 and 1:3 (Trainer :Member ratio) services. Apart from personal training we conduct Strength and Conditioning group class (max calorie burner) for 1 hour every 3 times a week, which is unique and possibly only one club providing this unique experience with our experts.

Power Yoga / Pilates / Self massage techniques are few added benefits in our training which makes entire workout a wholesome new experience and to take you to next level of Fitness.
